The Eko Windows app supports proxies with manual configuration but does not support WAPD (Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Protocol).
If you’re using Eko’s telehealth solution with video, you’ll need to whitelist the ports and URLs listed above.
Eko uses Twilio to support the video platform built into the Eko application. You might also need to consult Twilio’s website to make sure that the corresponding service is appropriately whitelisted.
