Manage account, app, and device settings

Who is this for?

✓ Plan: SENSORA™ platform for enterprise institutions

✓ Role: Institution Admin, Program Admin, Clinician, Site

You can manage your settings in the Eko App and Eko Dashboard.

Manage settings on the Eko Dashboard

You can update your Eko account settings, copy your live stream link, and access help content and support.

Update Eko account

  1. On the bottom of the navigation bar, click the icon with your initials. A panel appears.

  2. Click Settings. The Settings panel opens on the right.

  3. Update your information as needed.

  4. Click Save Changes.
 

Copy live stream link

  1. On the bottom of the navigation bar, click the icon with your initials. A panel appears.

  2. Click Live Stream Link. The link is copied to your clipboard so you can share it with others.
