Pair an Eko device with web pairing on the Eko Dashboard

Who is this for?

✓ Plan: SENSORA™ platform for enterprise institutions

✓ Role: Clinician, Site

Web pairing is used on the Eko Dashboard to connect an Eko device via Bluetooth to your web browser. You use it to run an assessment, take a recording, or initiate a live stream through the Dashboard. An Eko device must be paired before performing these actions.

Once your device is connected, your session will stay active until you end it or navigate to another screen in the Dashboard.

Note

Web pairing is only supported on Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers.
