Add and manage clinicians

Who is this for?

✓ Plan: SENSORA™ platform for enterprise institutions

✓ Role: Institution Admin, Program Admin

You use the Program Details screen to add clinicians to your program.

  • If you’re an Institution Admin, you can add clinicians to a program and then assign them to the Program Admin role.

  • If you’re a Program Admin, you can add and manage clinicians within your program.

Important

It’s important to invite new clinicians to your program through the Dashboard. Please don’t share the link to the Create an Account screen with other users. This is to make sure new users are properly added to your institution and program.

Add new clinician

  1. On the navigation bar, click Program Details.

  2. Click the Clinicians tab.

  3. On the right, click Add New Clinician. The Add New Clinician panel appears on the right.

  4. Enter the email address of the clinician.

  5. Click Send Invite. An email is sent to the clinician inviting them to create an Eko account. You’ll receive a confirmation email once they’ve done so. The clinician’s status will display as Pending until they’ve created their Eko account.

 

Edit clinician

  1. On the navigation bar, click Program Details.

  2. Click the Clinicians tab.

  3. Find the clinician you want to edit.

  4. Click the menu with the three dots on the right.

  5. Select Edit Clinician. The Edit Clinician panel opens on the right.

  6. Edit the clinician’s name or email address.

  7. Click Update.

 

Delete clinician

  1. On the navigation bar, click Program Details.

  2. Click the Clinicians tab.

  3. Find the clinician you want to delete.

  4. Click the menu with the three dots on the right.

  5. Select Delete Clinician. A confirmation message appears.

  6. Click Confirm Delete.

 

Remove clinician from program

  1. On the navigation bar, click Program Details.

  2. Click the Clinicians tab.

  3. Find the clinician you want to remove from your program.

  4. Click the menu with the three dots on the right.

  5. Select Remove from Program. A confirmation message appears.

  6. Click Confirm Remove.

 

Select a clinician to acknowledge recordings

  1. On the navigation bar, click Program Details.

  2. Click the Clinicians tab. Find the clinician you want to assign to acknowledging recordings.

  3. In the Acknowledge column, select the box for the clinicians you want to be able to acknowledge recordings.
