The Unassigned Recordings screen displays a list of recordings that haven’t been assigned to a patient profile. The list only shows the recordings that the signed-in user created. It doesn’t show all of the unassigned recordings for the entire program.
You use this screen to:

View and play back unassigned recordings.

Assign an unassigned recording to a patient profile.

Add notes to a recording.

Download or share a recording.

Select a position for a recording.

On the navigation bar, click Unassigned Recordings. The screen shows a list of all unassigned recordings you’ve taken.

Click a recording to open it.

Click Assign Patient. The Assign Exam panel opens on the right.

Select whether it’s a new patient or an existing patient, and enter the patient information.

Click Assign. The recording opens with the patient information, in the Patients screen, and is removed from the Unassigned Recordings screen.
On the recording screen, you can manage recordings, such as:

Adding notes.
-
Deleting the recording.
-
Downloading a PDF so you can share it or print it.

Downloading the audio file.
-
Selecting a position.

Click Notes. The Notes panel appears above the waveform graph.

Enter any information about the recording.

Click Save.
Warning
We strongly recommend omitting any personally identifiable patient information or protected health information (PHI). Any notes will be included when sharing this recording with others.
Saved notes will appear on the right of the Notes panel, and can be edited and deleted. Only the user who added the note can edit or delete it. You can’t edit notes added by another user.
Click Delete to delete the recording. A confirmation message appears. Once a recording is deleted, it can’t be retrieved.
Click Download PDF to download the report to your computer for sharing or printing.
Click the Audio link on the report to open the recording in the Dashboard so it can be listened to.
Click Download Audio File to download the recording as a .wav file that can be opened in an audio player.
Click Select Position to open the Select a Position panel. Select from the various options, and click Add to Recording.
