Buzzing or humming in audio: DUO

If you need help:

  • If you're an admin with your institution, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

  • If you're a clinician or site with your institution, contact support.

If you're a customer who purchased your own Eko device, go to the Eko Help Center.

If you experience any buzzing or humming in your DUO audio, check the following:

  1. Make sure that the patient doesn't have any electrical connections attached to their body. This may cause audio interference such as buzzing and humming.

  2. Make sure that the DUO earpiece is securely screwed into the DUO.

  3. Does the buzzing or humming happen on every single patient?

  • If yes, please submit a ticket here.

  • If no, check to see if there are any variables in your environment that would create the buzzing noise.
